Mutiara manages various capital market projects and transactions, including IPOs and mergers-and-acquisitions in multiple sectors and industries.

Mutiara graduated from the Gadjah Mada University Faculty of Law with cum laude honors, majoring in business law. She passed the PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) Bar Exam, and completed her master’s degree (LL.M) from the University of Glasgow in 2021, majoring in International Commercial Law.
