Bella obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Parahyangan Catholic University Faculty of Law, focusing her undergraduate thesis in International criminal law.

During her studies, she was actively participated in several organizations, mainly the UNPAR National Moot Court Community, and she also participated in several Moot Court Competitions.
