WH&SD also prepares and reviews draft company policies concerning submission of complaints and whistle-blowing procedures, outsourcing, secondment contracts, company regulations, and collective labor agreements. We have extensive experience in negotiating with employees and labor unions, handling client cases at Industrial Relations Court, and dealing with the Indonesian Manpower Office.
