Reina Tamara Kreefft is a graduate of the University of Indonesia law school and received her Bachelor of Law Degree (S.H.) in 1997, specializing in Business Law. Reina began her career as an associate at Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners in 1998. After 10 years with the firm, Reina became a Legal Counsel at PT Principia Management Group, a management arm of Quvat, which leads a $500 million fund private equity firm focusing mainly in Indonesia with investments in shipping, aviation, cargo services, entertainment, and real estate. In 2010, Reina became the Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at PT Amstelco Indonesia, Tbk, a holding/investment company, which focuses on oil-and-gas and mining assets.

Reina’s specialized practice areas are Banking and Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Debt Restructuring, Capital Market, and Venture Capital.
