Irvan has handled various capital market projects and transactions such as IPOs and acquisitions by publicly listed companies. He was also involved in advisory-based projects focusing on general corporate, employment and labor matters.

Irvan obtained his bachelor’s degree from Diponegoro University Faculty of Law, majoring in business law. During his studies, he was actively involved in several organizations, primarily the Business Law Society (BLS). He passed the Indonesian Bar Exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
