Beatrix handles various capital market projects and transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, and Bonds Issues. She focuses on advisory-based projects involving general corporate matters.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law, majoring in private international law. During her studies, Beatrix actively participated in several organizations, mainly in the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia (BEM FH UI).

She passed the Indonesian Bar Exam held by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and obtained her advocate license in 2022. Prior to joining WH&SD, Beatrix gained the experience working at a law firm focusing on capital markets.
